The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to parking and comfortable beds. Breakfast served on the top floor with breathtaking views of the city was an added bonus. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, and the young employee named Akil was very polite and helpful, making our stay much more enjoyable.
Our experience was marred by some negative aspects. Some of the staff members were not well-trained and were unable to communicate in any other language than Turkish.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, equipped with comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom. the staff is very helpful and friendly, accommodating guests with various requests. the breakfast is rich and delicious, served on the terrace restaurant that provides a great view of the surrounding. Parking is free of charge and there is a post office nearby in case you need to pay taxes.
The hotel struggled to communicate with guests who didn't speak Turkish, which can be a disadvantage for international travelers.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I had a clean and spacious room. I loved the breakfast, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was also very convenient, close to main roads and public transportation.

The hotel is very clean and has huge rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of options. The staff is very helpful and polite, especially a young employee named Akil who provided really good customer service. The hotel's location is excellent, with free parking available with prior notice.
